HER Galaxy is an ambitious grassroots esports initiative in North America to create an inclusive ecosystem for all women; leveling up the resources available with sponsorship opportunities and tournaments that promise to develop the community and offer a path to pro. HER Galaxy aims to empower women-identifying gamers across North America in the esports ecosystem by offering a safe platform for teams to grow and financial backing to aid their sustainability.
Nearly half of all gamers in the world are women yet remain incredibly underrepresented, with very few competing on a professional level.
Through HER Galaxy, we seek to address the need for a safe and inclusive esports ecosystem for all women-identifying gamers.
HER Galaxy offers new opportunities with significant exposure to empower, elevate and encourage women to compete in esports. There is much work to be done to establish equitable, diverse and inclusive spaces in gaming; Galaxy Racer North America will remain steadfast in this mission throughout its growth. We recognize the heightened challenges for marginalized players and embrace all races, genders, sexual orientations, religions and creeds.
