Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding the HER Galaxy initiative and tournament series. For all questions not listed below, please join the HER Galaxy Community and open a support ticket.

The open will be split into three stages – Group State, Bracket Stage, and Grand Finals. Find the full event schedule in our guidebook HERE.

HER Galaxy tournaments are open to women. Verification of gender will be part of the registration and onboarding process.

  • Age: 16+
  • Rank: No Rank Requirement
  • Be a citizen or lawful permanent resident in North America
  • Have an EA account that is in good standing
  • Minimum level Apex Legends account is 20

All players on your roster must be registered by 11:59 PM EST on April 18 to be eligible to compete.

Yes, please visit the Tournament section in the HER Galaxy discord. Navigate to the “LF TEAM” channel where players can connect with a future teammate! Join the HER Galaxy Community Discord!

Verification ensures the competitive integrity of the tournament and helps create a safe and fair experience for all participants. HER Galaxy will only use your personal information to inform you about upcoming events and tournaments.

During the registration and onboarding process, players will be prompted to submit the following documents:

  1. Your first and last name
  2. Personal email address
  3. Date of birth
  4. EA account
  5. Discord ID
  6. Identification documentation

Players must provide their current photo ID (Ex. Drivers License, State ID, School ID, etc.)

*One’s appearance and gender expression have no contingency on your application, and this step is to solely assign an individual to your application.*

HER Galaxy highly encourages one player from each team either record or live stream their tournament matches for reporting and competitive integrity purposes. If players choose to livestream, a minimum of 180 seconds delay is required.

Yes, your gamertag must be identical to your EA account that is displayed in the game in the middle of the screen.

Players can use all currently supported platforms including PlayStation4, PlayStation5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and on PC via the EA App or Steam.
